NIS Signs (Leicester) Limited

“They are always on the end of the phone and do what they say they are going to do without having to be chased. I don’t know what we would do without them.”

Simon Jaggs, Co-Managing Director

Background

NIS Signs began its relationship with Cunningtons in 2007, when current managing director Simon Jaggs bought the company. Co-managing director Steve Newman joined the company in February 2013. Having had Cunningtons recommended by a business advisor, after interviewing several other firms,  Cunningtons came on board.

Why they chose Cunningtons

“We could see that Cunningtons were good value for money, in terms of what they were offering and how they would keep us in touch with all their findings,” says Simon.
“Right from the start, they were very hands-on, which they have continued to be ever since.”

How have Cunningtons added value to the business?

“We are now able to access a lot more information about our business, and to understand it quickly and easily. The way it is presented in a simple, visual way is ideal for lay people like ourselves to make sense of, with pie charts and graphs, rather than figures on a page,” continues Simon.

“Cunningtons know our business very well. Like everyone, we’ve been through difficult times, but comparing ourselves to rival companies, we are doing extremely well.

“Cunningtons approach is very personal, and they give you the time you need. They are always on the end of the phone and do what they say they are going to do without having to be chased. I don’t know what we would do without them.

“They are continually looking ahead and are up to date with constantly-changing legislation and how that may affect us. In a nutshell, I would say that Cunningtons is a good, forward-thinking company that is very obliging.”
